Just as a madman As darkness falls, and night stretches out its sweet embrace, i feel my soul sink deeper and deeper into madness. All the failures and addictions which I thought i had purged, find me once again. They haunt and torment me, reminding me of loves lost, and friendships broken. With each passing night, a piece of my soul leaves me, taken by demons from the abyss who haunt my dreams and torment my soul. The council of friends is heard by deaf ears, and only the sounds of my screams and tears resonate within me. I am spiraling back to the place where my nightmares began, and where the darkest hours of my life reigned over meJust as a madman
